    Develop Leadership

    Guidion wanted to further strengthen their leadership in a period of transition. REBEL designed the How to Lead program

    We have now guided four groups from top management down to team leaders.

    Program focus is on connection, speaking up, Goleman leadership styles, intervision, 1-1 coaching and deep democracy techniques. To make it stick we organize follow-up days.

    Company constellation

    nlmtd asked us to help get insight in the ‘undercurrent’ in the company. What is felt, but not said.

    We organised an afternoon in which amongst others we did a “company constellation”.

    Develop Leadership

    Being a talent agency and studio, we are era is full of young talent. They wanted REBEL to support them in their growth. We provided the Leadership bootcamp.

    The managament team and team leads participated together in this program.

    Program focus was on team connection, leadership basics, leadership in the context of we are era and secure base leadership.

    We worked with intervision groups, and organized a nature day as a follow-up.

    Mensen met een Missie asked REBEL to help them set up their strategy for 2025 and beyond and to help create a more effective culture.

    Strategy & connection

    We were asked to support the client leadership team in creating their new strategy, and also facilitating more connection in the team.

    What has happened in the course of two days is magical. I got to know my colleagues at a completely different level.

    This has created so much empathy and understanding for each other.

    In the weeks after this session we were not only looking forward to our Leadership meetings, it has also drastically improved our ability to work together.

    Strategy & connection

    The company was in transition, with a new CEO coming in. He has asked us to help connect the team, and the past, future and present of Nedal.

    In a follow up session we supported the client in creating a strategy.

    Leadership development

    The Data & AI group in Accenture wanted to connect young leaders and help them to grow as leaders. REBEL created Unleash for them.

    A group of young leaders participated. As part of the program they presented a case to their leadership.

    Program focus was on leadership discovery, connection, recognizing and breaking personal patterns and development goals.

    Leadership & Culture

    Budget Thuis approach REBEL to help their upper and middle management further grow as leaders. We created a personal leadership journey for them.

    REBEL used a combination of 1-1 coaching and group sessions, with a focus on mindfullness, leadership styles, intervision, team dynamics and feedback. The program closed off with a personal leadership interview.
