Maar hoe ontwikkel je je emotionele intelligentie?

We werken met je aan de ontwikkeling van de verschillende componenten van EI: Zelfbewustzijn, Zelfregulatie, Motivatie, Empathie en Sociale vaardigheden.

Om deze eigenschappen te ontwikkelen, moet je het voelen, ervaren en ermee oefenen. Vraag feedback over hoe anderen je zien en pas je daarop aan.

Groei in emotionele intelligentie is een proces waarbij je opnieuw bekijkt wat je als waarheid over jezelf beschouwt. Hoe heeft je verleden je gevormd? Welke patronen houden je tegen? En hoe kun je die overwinnen?

We stimuleren je om te experimenteren en nieuw leiderschapsgedrag te leren. Om je volledige potentieel als leider te benutten.

    EXPLORE Leadership

    We welcome you to a three month journey to explore the source of your leadership.

    You will work in a group and receive 1-on-1 coaching on questions such as who are you, what is it you want to commit yourself to, and how can you make impact?

    About you: You are interested in others, and eager to learn. You have more than 1 year of work experience.

    Time: 3 days and 2 coaching sessions.

    Cost: 2250 Euro (ex. VAT)

    REBEL Leadership

    We welcome you to a four month intensive journey to develop yourself as a leader.

    You will work in a group with other leaders, and in 1-on-1 coaching, where you learn about leadership, yourself, and break patterns that are holding you back.

    About you: You want to develop as a leader, are open for confrontation. You have 3+ years of work experience.

    Time: 5 days and 5 coaching sessions.

    Cost: 4850 Euro (ex. VAT, incl. overnight stay)

    BEYOND Leadership

    We welcome you to a four month program to strengthen your leadership skills.

    You will work in a group, intervision and 1-on-1 coaching, where you work on your concrete leadership case.

    About you: You have a concrete leadership challenge, you have experience with a REBEL program (or similar), 7+ years of work experience.

    Time: 4 days and 4 coaching sessions.

    Cost: 4000 Euro (ex. VAT)

    REBEL Coaching

    You are welcome to explore your development question with us, together we evaluate what is a good fit for you.

    In our 1-on-1 coaching you work on a specific development question. Our coaching is based on secure base leadership and systemic work.

    Our coaching sessions are a combination of reflection and experiencing.

    Time: Typically 4 - 6 sessions of 1,5 hours

    REBEL Intervision - Circles

    Together with experienced facilitators you are working on your company culture and leadership questions with a group of likedminded people.

    You use the power of the group to get insights, and you develop your own leadership and coaching skills in working with others’ questions.

    About you: you are looking for inspiration from others, and input on your development. You have 5+ years of work experience.

    Time: 4 x session of 4 hours

    Cost: 750 Euro (ex VAT)
